Do I need experience?

No. Beginners are welcome. Most people who attend have never done anything like this before. You just need a little curiosity.

No. Come with an open mind and explore your own experience. There is nothing you have to accept or believe.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes and anything that helps you feel comfortable during relaxation. A notebook is helpful but not required.

Is this religious?

No. The workshops are experiential and do not require a particular religious belief. People from all backgrounds are welcome.

What happens during the workshop?

You will listen to guided audio, relax, and take part in simple exercises and discussions. It's calm, comfortable, and interesting.

No. Everyone's experience is personal. That is part of what makes it interesting.

Yes. The experiences involve guided relaxation and audio. There is nothing physically demanding or risky.

Our flagship Exploring Consciousness event is a two-day weekend experience. We also offer shorter online sessions and casual meetups.
